  : RESTAURANT SLAMMED DOOR AND LOCKED IT AFTER TWO HOUR WAIT IN LINE

  : Nicely appointed room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. They allow pets, for a fee.
  : $50 a night for a dog was more than I paid for myself per night. There is no refrigerator and there is no microwave. Not even a coffee maker.

  : Thank goodness I like watching airplanes take off and land, we had a wonderful view of the airport from 26 stories up. :-( Aromatherapy machine did not put out fragrance. The fragrance gel (think those things on the back of the toilet) was all dried up. I didn't get what I paid for, aromatherapy is why I upgraded

  : I liked the room and the view from my window
  : Steve was very rude and disrespectful! He does not have social skills (He definitely doesn't know how to talk to people) He speaks at a person. He doesn't know how to communicate. We were discriminated against(Majority of our stay) He lied twice and told us that we owed $465. However, once he opened his eyes and shut his mouth, he saw we only owed $297(Deposit+ fee while checking in) He became irate and dramatic when he assumed that we owed the $465. He never apologized. He spoke to us as if we didn't belong there(our entire interaction) Stephanie was the only decent human being who treated us like we were people. Kudos to her!
